Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing a booking with WEENstudio (operated by WEEN Networks LLC, Dubai), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

WEENstudio provides voice-over recording, audio production, dubbing, ADR, scripting, translation and related services. Project scope is defined in the booking confirmation.

3. Payment

All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and subject to UAE VAT at 5%. Payment is due upon booking confirmation unless NET-14 terms have been agreed. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

4. Delivery & turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Express (24h) and Rush (same-day) options are available at additional cost. Turnaround starts upon final script approval and full payment receipt.

5. Revisions

Each project includes 3 free pickup credits for minor adjustments (typos, mispronunciations, name corrections). Additional revisions or substantive script changes are quoted separately.

6. Usage rights & licensing

Standard pricing includes perpetual non-broadcast usage. Broadcast, online ad campaigns, and theatrical use require separate usage licensing — please specify your usage at the brief stage.

7. Cancellation

Bookings cancelled before recording begins receive a full refund. Once recording has started, cancellation may incur up to 50% of the agreed fee.

8. Quality guarantee

If the first deliverable does not match the agreed brief, we will re-record at no additional cost or refund the project in full at our discretion. This guarantee does not extend to changes outside the original brief.

9. Confidentiality

All scripts, briefs, and assets shared with WEENstudio are treated as confidential. NDAs can be signed before any material is exchanged.

10. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.
