Is the AED 800 IVR price the final price or does it scale?

AED 800 is the floor price per session for IVR projects up to roughly 30 short prompts. Larger IVR projects price by total session count or as fixed project pricing — you receive the full quote upfront. Volume discounts apply for projects above 200 prompts.

Does pricing include mastering and format conversion?

Yes. All quoted prices include mastering to broadcast loudness standards and format conversion (MP3, WAV 48kHz/24-bit, telephony WAV 8kHz µ-Law/A-Law for IVR). No add-on fees for standard formats.

How many revisions are included?

Three free pickup credits (minor revisions: pronunciation, pacing, single-word changes) are included on every project. Major revisions or re-records are quoted separately before any work begins.

What about rush turnaround?

Standard 24-hour turnaround is included at quoted prices. Express 12-hour adds 25%. Rush same-day (under 6 hours) adds 50%, subject to talent availability confirmation.

Do you offer volume discounts for large projects?

Yes. Projects above 200 IVR prompts, 50+ hours of audiobook content, or multi-language campaigns of 4+ languages qualify for project pricing rather than per-unit rates.

Do prices include UAE VAT?

Quoted prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (currently 5%) which is added on invoices for UAE clients. International clients receive VAT-zero invoicing under cross-border rules.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% on delivery. Credit terms (30 or 60 day) available for clients with established payment history. Corporate purchase orders accepted.

Can you provide quotes in USD, EUR, GBP or SAR?

Yes. Quotes and invoices issued in AED by default, available in USD, EUR, GBP, or SAR on request at the prevailing exchange rate.
