Frequently asked questions
How much does a holiday greeting cost? +
Single greeting starts at AED 350 in one language. Bilingual Arabic + English from AED 600. Bundles of multiple holidays (Ramadan + Eid + National Day) typically run AED 1,200 for the year.
How far in advance should I book? +
For Ramadan we recommend booking 3-4 weeks ahead since demand peaks. Eid greetings should be booked at least 10 days before. For other holidays, 1 week notice is usually sufficient for standard delivery.
Can you schedule them to auto-deploy on the day? +
We can deliver files pre-labeled by date and provide instructions for scheduling in major PBX platforms (Cisco, Avaya, 3CX). For full auto-deploy, we partner with hosted PBX providers for direct integration.
Do you record in Khaleeji or only MSA Arabic? +
Both. We have native speakers for Khaleeji (Emirati, Saudi, Kuwaiti), Egyptian, Lebanese, and Modern Standard Arabic. For GCC audiences, Khaleeji is usually more warmly received.
